At a time of great supply and demand for services, it is essential to prove our work in the right way, namely work on quality. Speaking of the Montessori program that is being carried out at our facility, Montessori Center International from London has been selected as a supervisor in order to demonstrate parents and clients how important it is to receive a certified quality assuring certificate.

Healthy and proper nutrition of children at the earliest age is not only necessary for healthy growth and development, but has long-term effects on health. Poor and unhealthy diet causes a number of problems that can be easily prevented. We believe that a healthy diet is essential to children’s wellbeing and ability to learn. We foster an environment of healthy eating and an interest in good, fresh food. Our garden offers children the chance to get involved in growing food – a skill that will last them a lifetime. Cooking activities and monthly topics encourage children to explore food from its source to the plate. In cooperation with our nutritionist Nevena Pandža we made a diet plan for the age group in our kindergarten. We have balanced meals (breakfast, morning and afternoon snacks and lunch) made of seasonally available fruit and vegetables. According to that, weekly menu is prepared and published on our Facebook page.

The story of children and vegetables is something special; many of them disagree when mentioning broccoli, cauliflower or kale. We try to introduce a wide-variety of ingredients and flavors to the children at kindergarten, so that they can grow up being healthy and feeling positive about trying new foods. Apart from the main meals, we are proud to be able to make homemade versions of everything that children love. In addition to bread, pastry and cakes we do our homemade healthy spreads, pate, nutella, ketchup and mayonnaise. In the winter season, we made salads and jams, which are an integral part of our menu.

We believe that this is the beginning of our journey in creating good and healthy habits and we will try to introduce new and interesting things daily to our children when it comes to nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

Physical activity is a prerequisite for a healthy body, but also an excellent prevention of many health problems.

We must have heard several times that today’s educational system is killing children's creativity.

A conference "Educating for Wholeness" was held on May 12-14 in Sarajevo, where we actively participated in supporting the idea and promoting holistic (wholeness) education.

Here are some positive sides of Montessori approach.

Freedom as term has important place in Montessori approach.

People send their children to Montessori school and get an idea that maybe they can give their child more independence.

Since the appearance of Montessori pedagogy there was always someone who did not understand the idea and interpreted Montessori approach in a different way.
